Rental conditions

The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has returned a copy of the lease together with the amount of deposit.
The balance of the lease will be paid on arrival after the signature of the inventory list by both parties.


Our rates include:

  • personal greeting
  • all charges for the apartment
  • bed linen and towels
  • connection to high speed unlimited Internet
  • unlimited calls on landlines to France, Europe and 105 countries
    and on cell phones to France
  • electricity up to 15 KWh/day
  • water up to 0.25 m3/day/person.

Tourist tax is not included: 0.99 €/day/person.
A deposit will be needed in order to make the reservation.
No agency fee.

Security deposit

Upon arrival, the tenant must pay a 500 € security deposit plus the balance of the rent. This amount will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 15 days after the departure of the tenant, less any deductions for missing items, damage or any amount owed by the tenant.

Condition of premises

An inventory of furniture and various equipment will be established by the owner at the beginning and the end of the stay.


Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The date of receipt by the owner serving as proof.

  • More than 3 months before arrival, 100 % of the deposit returned
  • From 2 to 3 months before arrival, 75 % of the deposit returned
  • From 1 to 2 months before arrival, 50 % of the deposit returned
  • Less than 1 month before arrival, the entire deposit is retained by the owner

Interruption of stay

In case of anticipated interruption of stay by the tenant, and if the owner's liability is not affected, there will be no refund, except for the security deposit.

Extension for stay

An extension of stay may be considered with the consent of the owner, depending on the availability of the apartment and upon signature of another lease.


The tenant is required to insure the apartment rented. He must then check if his insurance policy for his main accomodation covers temporary housing.
